HALSBURY CLUB'S LOYALTY.

Writing to the Times, which has been asking whether the policy of the Halsbury Club is indifferent to or opposed to that of Mr. Balfour and Lord Lansdowne, Lord Halsbury declares that the club is not actuated by any disloyalty to the leader of the party. Its members, adds Lord Halsbury, desire to co-operate with all Unionists in fighting for the Unionist cause to the utmost of their power.
