CHRISTCHURCH EXHIBITION.
[by telegraph.— association.] Christchurch, Wednesday. The executive of the industrial exhibition has decided that the ■ exhibition is to be opened at noon on October 26. For the various competitions entries are being- received in very large numbers. The space committee ; allotted what it considered at the time ample space for the display of the articles entered for competition, but the very numerous entries received to date seem to indicate that the space will be wholly inadequate.
