SUMMARY AND FORECAST. ■ The following is Mr. Bates's summary and forecast:—Anlonic conditions have • continued,, with fine weather, generally, but unsettled and showery at times in the Jar North and about the East Cape. The winds have-been generally moderate and variable.. Present indications are for & falling barometer everywhere shortly for a low- , pressure erea, due to pass in the South :oa or about Thursday. Moderate to strong easterly and northerly wind* will probably prevail, with mild and hazy weather and increasing cloudiness' shortly. .
