NEW YORK TRAGEDY.
OUTCOME OF PICTURE PLAY.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.— New York, September 6. A tragedy which was the direct outcome of a picture play is reported from the Italian quarter of New York.
A man named Pichetta, seeing a father shoot his daughter in a moving picture film displayed at one of the local theatres went home, killed his daughter, and then committed suicide in precisely similar fashion.
