SUICIDE BY DROWNING.

Carterton, Wednesday. At the inquest on the body of a man named Michael Byrne, found drowned in a creek at Te Wharau, the evidence showed that the deceased had been worried over money matters,- thinking he would los' a sum due to him. He also suffered from insomnia. - There was no trace of alcohol or poison in the body, and the medical evidence showed that deceased died by drowning. A verdict of. suicide whilst temporarily insane was returned.
