ANTI-TRUST LAW.
By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. (Received Juno 18. 5.5 p.m.) Washington, June 17. A resolution will be introduced in the House of Representatives with the object of investigating whether the American Woollen Company infringes the anti-trust law.
A number of Senators are pressing for the criminal prosecution of the Oil and Tobacco Trusts. Following the. recent legal decisions the Kansas Supremo Court has issued orders against the Indiana Standard Oil; Kansas Standard Oil, and Prairie Coal Gas Companies, the subsidiaries of the Standard Oil Trust prohibiting them combining to stifle, competition. .
