CONFERENCE IN LONDON.

Lord Cromer presided. Lord Cromer explained, a scheme for establishing a central organisation in London to transmit information to the Dominions, thus enabling them to legislate against pests. A resolution to the effect that such a scheme would be highly advantageous, and that steps should be taken to retain the continued co-operation of the colonies was adopted..
