That whereas the Borough of Grey Lynn undertakes the removal, collection, and disposal of nightsoil, and household refuse, and the said Borough of Grey Lynn will, on tho sth day of June, 1911, in pursuance of the I powers vested in it under the Municipal Corporations Act. 1938. the Public Health Act. 1908. and all other powers vested enabling it. levy a uniform annual fee of Eighteen Shilli_»rs thereon, in lieu of a separate rate. Such fee of eighteen shillings to become payable (in two half-yearly instalments of nine shillings each) on the first day of July. 1911. and the first day of January. 1912.
