CHARGE AGAINST MOTORIST
ALLEGED NEGLIGENT DRIVING*
[BT TELEGRAPH. OWN" CORRESPONDENT.] Invercaegill, Saturday. In the Police Court to-day, Ernest William Challis was charged with having caused tbo death of Arthur William Mitchell by driving a motor car on April 29 in a culpably negligent manner. The .accused was remanded till the 26th inst. Bail was forthcoming for the defendant, self in £200, and two sureties of £100 each;
