RECIPROCITY BILL.

Senator McCumber, who is against the Reciprocity Bill, declares that Canada, with her possibilities, is a menace to the United States trade. (Received June 16, 1 a.m.) Washington, June 15. It is believed that the debate on the Reciprocity Bill will not be lengthy. Senator Root's amendment is causing dissension among the Democrats in the House of Representatives.
