ALBANIAN INSURGENTS.
A TEN DAYS' ARMISTICE. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Coprrisiit. (Received June 15. 10 p.m.) Constantinople," June 15. The Sultan has granted a ten days' armistice to Albanian insurgents for the surrender of their arms. If they comply they will secure immunity from judicial proceedings. The Sultan has granted £100,000 towards the reconstruction of homes destroyed by military operations.
