RATIFICATION OPPOSED.

London, June 14. Mr. Asquith has received a letter from the Imperial Maritime League, signed by 51 admirals, protesting against the ratification of the Declaration of London.
Altogether 102 admirals have protested against the ratification.
Sir Edward Grey intends to introduce a Bill into the House of Commons to consolidate and amend the enactments relating to naval prizes, and a Bill amending the laws relating to international tribunals and neutrality, enabling Britain to carry out the Declaration.
