HOME RULE DELEGATES.
VISIT TO CHRISTCHURCH.
[by TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Christchurch, Thursday. The Home Rule delegates were given a civic reception to-day. Mr. T. E. Taylor (Mayor) expressed " sympathy with their mission, and spoke of the freedom and self-government enjoyed in British colonies. The delegates replying, declared that they asked for Ireland less than had * been granted in the way of freedom to the colonies. This evening they addressed a crowded meeting in the Theatre Royal.
