Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Eden Terrace Road Bo'ard. in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by Section 108 of " The Road Boards Act. 1908." and Sections 48 to 55 of " Tho Rating Act. 1908"; Section 29 of "The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1908," Section 17 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act. 1908," and Sections 109 and 112 of "The Road Boards Act, 1908," and all other enactments it thereto enabling, at a Srecial Meeting of the Board, to be held at the Office of the Board, Eden Terrace, on TUESDAY, 6th day of June. 1911, at the hour of 7 p.m., to make and levy the following rates, viz:— 1.
