BAY OF ISLANDS SEAT. "Mr. R. R. Maktjk, Opposition organiser, arrived in Auckland yesterday after a. visit to Ihe North, where he attended a conference of Opposition delegates nt Okaeawai, convened for the purpose of selecting an Opposition candidate to contest the Bay of Islands seat at the forthcoming general election.
