mi i Hflfriim A A meeting of the supporters of Mr. W. J. Napier, who is a candidate for a seat on the Harbour Board, was held last evening in the Federal Club Booms, some 30 'persons attending. Mr. J. H. Han nan occupied the chair, and after Mr. Napier had explained some matters in regard to Harbour Board expenditure arrangements were made to forward his candidature, and to ensure a successful meeting when he addresses the electors in St. James's Hall tomorrow evening. l -' : . ..■■;.> Mr. A.
