Sir Edward Grey (Foreign Secretary), speaking in the House" of Commons, said that he was unable at present to state what steps were necessary or desirable to obtain the extension to other parts of the Empire of the reduced duties on Canadian goods included in the AmericanCanadian reciprocity agreement.
