SEVERAL ARRESTS MADE. By Telegraph— Frew Association.—Copyright. London, February 8. John \ Zemn, alias Rosen, " a .hairdresser in Hackney, who was detained some days ago, has been remanded on a charge of having conspired with Morountzeff concerning the Houndsditch burglary. A woman wanted in connection with the Houndsditch affair was arrested in Whitechapel at midnight. A young Russian was also arrested early this morning.
