Tiiiaiiu, Thursday. The third wool sale of the season was hold here to-day, when 62C0 bales were catalogued. Most of it sold as a whole offering. The wool was of medium quality only. Compared with the previous sale fleece wool showed a drop of id to -|d and pieces Id to l-J-d. Generally speaking tho prices realised exceeded anticipations. Home buyers operated freely. Good halfbred marie 10Jd to 13.TJ, medium ditto B|d to 9 Ad, inferior ditto 6;] dto 8d; medium crossbred, 7-£ d to B|d; merino, 7J,d to 9i,d; halfbred pieces, 7i,d to ~9d; threoquarterbred pieces, 6j>d to 7£d; bellies, sid to 7d: locks 22d. '
