MR, WADE IN CHRISTCHURCH.
[OT TELKGIUPH. —PBESS ASSOCIATION.! Chutstchttrch, Friday. Mb. C. G. Wade, Leader of the New South Wales Opposition party, arrived in Christchurch this morning, and left for Dunedin by the mid-day express. In conversation with a reporter, Mr. .Wade said that he intends visiting the cold lakes, including Te Anau and Manapouri, and then to do the overland drip to Milford. His previous arrangement had included a visit to Mount Cook, but he was informed that there was no possibility of getting accommodation there inside a month. Mr. Wade, who is accompanied by his two sons, leaves New Zealand for Sydney on the 21st prox.
