BUDGET BEFORE DISSOLUTION
DEPENDS ON IRISH VOTE. (Received November 18, 11.50 p.m.) London, November 18. The Daily Chronicle says that it would afford the Liberals profound satisfaction if the Budget were dealt with before the dissolution, and adds, " It depends upon Mr. Asquith's announcement as to how the Irish party will vote on the Budget." Mr. J. D. Rees (member for Montgomery district) has seceded from the Liberals because the leaders are attempting to rush the Single Chamber and Home Rule proposals.
