The average test over all the creameries of the Cambridge Co-operative Dairy Company for the month of October was 3.625, the lowest being 3.4, and the highest 4.2. This is a most satisfactory average. The present season stands quite alone, the supply of milk to the factories being greater than for the corresponding period of any previous year in the history of the company.,
