MINING ADVISER.

Abraham (Labour member for the Rhondda division of Glamorganshire) refused to accept the position of mining adviser to the Home Office, owing to advancing years and unwillingness to leave his beloved Wales. : ' Mr. T. Richards (Labour member for Monmouthshire West) ha 3 accepted the position.
