[ ! At a meeting in "Constantinople a few ; weeks ago, at which protests were made against the threatened British policing of ' Southern Persia", the Kaiser's services to ' Morocco were recalled by the speakers, and it was resolved that he be urged to become the saviour of another Moslem State.
