NEW COMMANDANT.
TO ARRIVE IN DECEMBER. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— London, October 2. Colonel Godley, the new commandant of the New Zealand forces, is to visit the Kingston Royal Military College at Ontario and the Westpoint Military Academy, in New York. He then sails by the Makura from Vancouver, and after a brief stay in Australia, will proceed to Wellington, where he is due on December 7.
