PRINCE IN THE WILDS.

MISSING ARCHDUKE " FOUND " IN SOUTH AMERICA. Once more the long-lost Austrian Archduke Johann Salvator, who gave up home and dignities for a dancing girl, is said to have been found, this time in South America. The application of the Archduke's relatives for leave to presume his death is the occasion of the latest "discovery." A message from Brussels states that in the course of an interview with the representative of the newspaper Demiere Heure, Captain Leconite, who was in command of the Antarctic expedition boat Belzica, declared that ho was certain that he had met Johann Ortli (the Archdukes assumed name) on his return from the Polar Seas. Captain Lecointe explained that having left the Belzica, at Santa Cruz, he arrived on the shore of Lake Leone, in the contested area between Chile and Argentina. There, far from any humar. habitation, he came upon a recluse speaking French, English,. Russian, and German, who was living in a tent. This person, who seemed to be of noble origin, was living alone with his dogs and horses. Captain Lecointe stayed a week with him, and took his photograph, which, however, he had since lost. Ho has, however, seen a portrait of the Archduke which has tilled him with the conviction that it was the same person who offered him hospitality.
