[m TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] • TiMARTT, Wednesday. • The inquest on the body of Mrs. Charlotte Fildes, who was run into at a crossing by an express train on May 31 last, , '.. wa& continued at Temuka this afternoon. . \ The evidence showed that the driver and fireman of the express had taken : every precaution, and had blown a special , whistle warning as the deceased got close to the line. The external injuries received by the deceased were shown to be slight flesh wounds on one arm and the 'head. . Death resulted from ehock, as she was a nervous and delicate woman. A verdict of accidental death was '? x . brought in.
