AN ARMED MADMAN.
TRIES TO KILL M. BRIAND. By Telegraph.—Press Association!— Paris, April 13. A madman, armed, with two loaded revolvers and a knife, was arrested at St, Etienne while endeavouring to enter a hotel at which M. Briand (the French Premier) is lodging. The man declared that he intended to kill M. Briand.
