YOUTHFUL BURGLARS' HAUL. (DT TELEGRAPH. -~ PRES9 ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Monday. : At the Police Court to-day Reginald Lawson, aged 21, and Anthony Reuben Anderson, aged 16, pleaded guilty to several changes of house-breaking and theft between November last and the , present month. Over £310 4s worth of goods, mostly jewellery, was taken, but property of the value of £200 4s had been recovered. Some of the ; property had been pawned. Both lads were committed for sentence. 'i Chief-Detective* Herbert stated that there were 22 charges in all. Accused i were jointly charged on 15 informations for breaking and entering and theft. From two of the places nothing was stolen, but in the other 13 thefts were committed. Anderson I was charged alone with three offences of breaking and entering and with theft from a dwelling. Lawson alone was charged on three counts with theft from a dwelling. The last offence was-committed by Anderson on March 15, .when he was out on bail and knew that 15 other charges were hanging over his head..
