• A TRAGIC VOYAGE. After a passage of 11 months from Melbourne the Dutch ship Nederlaud has arrived In London with 36,200 bags of last season's wheat. The vessel has had surprising adventures, and is minus her captain, second olllccr, and live members of her crew.: The Nederlaud reached Melbourne in February last after a most monotonous voyage of 146 day's from London, some of the crew being ill with Beri Beri fever. She landed her cargo, and. having been loaded with wheat, sailed on March 22 for Falmouth for orders. Nothing was heard of her for about two months, and then a cable message was received from London .stating that the vessel bad put in to Coquiinbo, a port in South America, disabled and leaky, with her captain, second officer, and live. men missing. It appears that she met extraordinarily severe weather,- and wan battered about in ■■ the ocean like a derelict for days. The sea* over-run her. decks to,such,'an extent that the seven unfortunate members of her crew 'were, swept overboard, and damage was done which cost £1500 to repair at Conuinil ami Callao. The voyage was then resumed, and Cape Horn was rounded, but as vet it is nw known whether any more severe weather was met. The Nederland was 326 days out from Melbourne when she .-■ berthed in London. ... - ' '"■■/' -' '" - ■■
