ONEHUNGA COURTS.

Mr. ,E. C. Cutten, S.M., presided over a sitting qf the Onehunga Courts yesterday. Sergeant M. Rogers represented the police. Walter Freestone, a prohibited person,' was fined £2, and costs 19s, for obtaining drink during the currency of his prohibition order. George McCauley was similarly fined on a .similar charge. 111 each instance the default was fixed at 14 days' imprisonment.

Prohibition orders were granted against John McMahon, D. J. ' Murdoch, Andrew Murdoch, and Fanny Marshall. •

Dean were arraigned on a charge of working a horse which suffered from sore shoulders. A fine of £2, with costs £1 10s 6d, was inflicted.
