On and after Ist March, 1910, all Cattle and Calves or Horses, etc., running or grazing on the roads or reserves of the district without the permission of the Road Board will be impounded or proceedings taken against the owners, and no cattle or horses must be left out on the roads after sunset or before sunrise. Anyope requiring to get scoria from the Mount Wellington Quarry Reserve must get a written or printed order from Mr. H.
