MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
JUDGMENT ORDERS.At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, Mr. ; C. C. Kettle, S.M., made judgment orders against the defendants in the following judgment summonses for the amount j stated:—Campbell and Ehrenfried v. J. Lund, jun., £1 19s; and- Winstone, Limited, v. Mrs. Mary Mann, £1 10s 2d. In. default sentences of. 24 hours' imprisonment were imposed. ';//-■ ; . / ■ Judgment was given for plaintiff by default for the amounts claimed, with costs, in the following cases: —Great ; Northern. Brewery Company- v. Mrs. C. Lindsay, £28 16s;, and D.
