LORD ONSLOW'S ADVOCACY.

The Earl of Onslow, in a letter to the Daily Mail, refers to the report of the committee which, under the chairmanship of Lord Rosebery, considered the question of the reform of the House of Lords, as showing a consensus of opinion to admit into the Lords a current of fresh air.
