Cisbobne, by the substantial vote of 861 to 279, yesterday adopted the loan proposal to the extent of £175,000 to cover a complete system of sewerage (according to plans laid down by Mr. Marchant, C.E.), tin' establishment of a municipal electric generating station for the purpose of lumping ' the sewage and providing the to*TO with electric light, the (installation "/petrol tramways, the reconstruction and "•tilling of streets, the provision of a ftMrvoir, purchase of land for recreation grounds,- and the erection of a bridge over $6 Waimata River.
