Saturday, December 25, and Saturday, January 1, are to "be observed as close holidays. On Monday, December 27, poat office* are to be open in all branches except Money Order and Savings Bank, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Mails usually despatched on Saturdays will be closed on Fridays, December 24 and 31, at 7.45 p.m. On Monday, December 27, all mails despatched on that day will close at 8 a.m. Street letter boxes will be cleared at midnight oil Sunday, December 26.
