Here is a pretty decoration for the dessert, dishes. Place, some undamaged holly leaves near the fire to dry, but not so near that they will shrivel. When dry, dip them in oiled butter and sprinkle them with coarsely-powdered sugar and dry again. The leaves look pretty placed round the edges of dishes.
