SEPARATE BALLOT PAPERS.
NO-LICENSE PARTY APPROVE. At a meeting of the electoral body of the No-License party for the city of Auckland, held last night, the following resolutions were unanimously carried :—
"That the Auckland temperance electoral body expresses its warm approval of the resolution passed at the J ate Wellington convention demanding that separate ballot papers be granted for the purpose of enabling electors to vote distinctly on the issues of no-licenso or Dominion prohibition." "That this body warmly approves of the action of its delegates to the conference, Messrs. R. French, R. Darlow, and T. Prosser, and offers them its sincere thanks. This body also expresses its unabated confidence in the leaders of our party, /-and believes that their action will prove of great valuo to the cause in the near future."
The electoral body is composed of representatives from the Auckland Prohibition League, Band of Hope Union, Auckland Total Abstinence Society, independent Order of Good Templars, Independent Order of Rechabites, and Women's Christian Temperance Union.
