New York, November 20. The port collector of New York has dismissed 104 Customs employees as the result of the recent investigation into the weighing frauds in connection with the Sugar Trust. He has also dismissed the acting deputysurveyor, a man named Vail, in connection with the cheese-importing frauds. :'•
