There was a larger attendance of buyers, and bidding was brisk for most lines submitted. The entry of store sheep was slightly smaller than that of last week, and represented all classes, including forward wethers in wool, shorn wethers and ewes, and lambs of various ages, but mostly of medium class, ewes being unshorn. There was an unusually large attendance, and brisk competition for all forward sheep, shorn and unshorn wethers, end a few pens of hoggets to hand. Sheep of these classes showed an improvement of from 6d to 9d per head on last week's rates.
