(Keceived November 3, 11 p.m.) Teheran, November 3. It is reported that tribesmen under Rakhim Khan besieged and seized the town of Ardebil, 110 miles east of Tabriz, on behalf of the dethroned Shah, and it is feared that a massacre may take» place.
