By Telegraph.— Association.— Copyright.

(Received November 3, 11.30 p.m.)

Washington, November 3. The Court of Appeal for the District of Colombia has upheld the sentences passed by the Supreme Court of Washington upon Samuel Gompers, president, John Mitchell, vice-presi-dent, and Frank Morison, secretary of the Federation of Labour, for contempt of Court in ignoring an injunction to restrain them from blacklisting the Bucks Stove Range Company, and persistently placing the company on the Federation's black list.

The defendants will now appeal to the United States Supreme Court.
