BANKRUPTCIES.
A petition in bankruptcy was yesterday filed by James Sadler, of Paeroa, tobacconist. The first meeting of creditors will be held at the office of the official assignee on Thursday, September 2 next. The meeting of creditors which was to have been held in the estate of William Francis Seymour, a carpenter, residing in Collingwood-street, Ponsonby, yesterday, lapsed for want of a quorum.
