The Hospital and Charitable Aid Board decided, on the motion of Mr. Johns, at Monday's meeting, that ' each committee shall annually appoint one of its members as chairman, the chairman of the Board to be a member of all committees ex officio. This provision was . made in one of ' the clauses which were carried.
