The British and Continental Piano Co. have opened up 200 pianos and organs, bonded and stored at the time of the fire. These they are now showing at the Phoenix Chambers, Queen-street. A popular lecture on " Shakespere's Debt to Roman Drama" will be given 'by Professor H. S. - Dettmanu, M.A., 8.C.L., at the Leys Institute on Friday next. A musical interlude, consisting of songs from Shakespere, will be contributed by Mr. 0. E. Farrow. Those desiring to buy homes or investments, and requiring monetary assistance, should consult Mr. Thornes, 83, Queenstreet, who has several sums awaiting investment. • • '
