ANGLICAN CONGRESS. The Bishop of Auckland repeated his interesting limelight lecture on the PanAnglican Congress in St. Sepulchre's Parish Hall last night. "There- was a large attendance, and Bishop Noligan's instructive and diverting story was followed with close attention. The views, especially those of London buildings and of historio interest were much appreciated.
