NEW HEBRIDES.

By Telegraph.— Association.— Melbourne, August 19. , The secretary of the Foreign Missions of the Presbyter'r.n Church has advised that large contingents of French' settlers are arriving in the New Hebrides by each steamer. Special arrangements for their speedy settlement have been made, and the French Government has also voted considerable sums towards fighting French settlers' cases before the approaching Anglo-French Land Court.
