POLICE COURT SEQUEL.

Alleged furious motoring was the cause of Percy Nicholas Kingswcll's appearance at the Police Court yesterday, Itefore Messrs. R. S. Briggs and C. N. Furness, J.P.'s. Ho was charged with recklessly driving a motor car in the Manukau Road on July 25, with meeting another vehicle in this road, and [failing to kesp to the left, or near side, of the road, and with failing to stop after an accident, duo to the presence of his car, had occurred, and of failing to give his name and address, and the registration mark or number of the car.
