SHOT BY HIS SON.
Mr. George Flute y, a farmer at Silverstream, Wellington, was admitted to the Wellington Hospital on Saturday evening, suffering from a gunshot wound in the thigh. His son Robert was out shooting rabbits this morning, and on returning at 10.30 o'clock he started to clean his gun. Tho weapon went off accidentally, and the shot entered Mr. Flutey's thigh. After the wound had been attended to by Dr. Manning, Mr. Flutey was removed to the hospital. To-day he was reported to be progressing eatisfactoril*
