Tenders. - TENDERS FOR MINIATURE CARTRIDGE i- RIFLES. Tenders, endorsed " Tenders for Rifles" on outside of envelope, will be received by the undersigned at the Cadet Office, Government Buildings, Wellington, up to Noon of the 31st inst., for the supply to the Education Department (Cadet Branch) of Five Hundred Winchester Single Loader Miniature Cartridge Rifles, with cleaning rod, model 1902, or a later if such exists. All rifles are to bear a test by a qualified armourer, and any reported unsatisfactory are to be replaced at the expense of the successful tenderer.
